Sticky Chai Blend

Sticky. Spicy. Sweet. No machines just good judgement and great spices. Pilgrim Chai is handmade in small batches, bold, aromatic, and unapologetically sticky. Layered, warming, and dangerously drinkable. Best enjoyed with soy, oat, or macadamia milk.

Add a heaped tablespoon of sticky chai to a small saucepan don’t worry about being too precise, a generous spoonful is perfect.

Pour in about half a cup of hot water (just off the boil is fine), and place it over a low to medium heat.

Let it simmer gently for around 2 minutes, giving the spices time to bloom. If you like a bold, fiery chai, feel free to let it steep a little longer the flavours only get deeper.

Optional but delicious: Stir in a spoonful of honey (or your sweetener of choice) to bring out the warmth of the spices.

Pour in 200–300ml of your favourite milk dairy, oat, soy, almond… they all work beautifully.

Turn the heat down low and let everything simmer together for 30 to 45 seconds, just until it’s steaming and creamy.

Strain into your favourite mug, wrap your hands around it, and enjoy that rich, spiced comfort.
