Coconut Chai Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp Pilgrim Chai blend
- 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
- Optional: coconut whipped cream for topping
Instructions:
- Bring water to a boil and add Pilgrim Chai blend
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- Add coconut milk and heat through
- Strain and sweeten with honey
- Top with coconut whipped cream if desired
Chai Affogato
Ingredients:
- 1 cup freshly brewed hot Pilgrim Chai
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream or gelato
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Optional: cinnamon stick for garnish
- Optional: crushed pistachios or almonds
Instructions:
- Brew a strong cup of Pilgrim Chai and sweeten with honey
- Place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a serving glass or bowl
- Pour the hot chai over the ice cream immediately before serving
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired
- Sprinkle with crushed nuts for added texture
- Serve immediately and enjoy the contrast of hot and cold
Chai Latte Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp Pilgrim Chai blend
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings: nuts, fruits, coconut flakes
Instructions:
- Combine oats, milk, chai blend, sweetener, and vanilla in a jar
- Stir well and refrigerate overnight
- In the morning, stir and add your favorite toppings
- Enjoy cold or warm it up for a cozy breakfast
Chai Spiced Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp Pilgrim Chai blend
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Mix mashed bananas with melted butter
- Stir in sugar, egg, vanilla, and chai blend
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt
- Pour into greased loaf pan
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Iced Chai Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup brewed and chilled Pilgrim Chai
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp honey
- Toppings: granola, fresh fruit, chia seeds, coconut
Instructions:
- Blend frozen banana, yogurt, chilled chai, almond butter, and honey until smooth
- Pour into a bowl
- Top with granola, fresh fruit, and your favorite toppings
- Enjoy immediately with a spoon
Iced Chocolate Chai
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed Pilgrim Chai, chilled
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup or cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Optional: whipped cream and chocolate shavings
Instructions:
- Brew Pilgrim Chai and let it cool completely
- In a glass, mix chocolate syrup with a splash of milk until smooth
- Add ice cubes to the glass
- Pour in chilled chai and remaining milk
- Stir well and sweeten with honey
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired
