Returns & Refunds
Pilgrim Chai will only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Due to regulations worldwide we cannot accept any refunds for open packages.
Pilgrim Chai will not accept returns or refunds for 'change of mind' once a purchase has been made. Any customer who is concerned their product is damaged or faulty can contact us via our contact us page to discuss the refund. All return requests must email orders@pilgrimchai.com within 48 hours of receiving their order.
